The Rodeo is in town

The rodeo is in town to say the least! The rodeo here is a HUGE deal. The rodeo lasts for a good three weeks. The thing is it isn't just a rodeo, but also a show from awesome country bands, and BBQ tasting events. We had a cowboy day at school to celebrate the start of the rodeo. Jeremy got free tickets from whole sellers for an event called the BBQ tasting, as well as the rodeo and Lady Antebellum tickets. W

BBQ Tasting

The BBQ tasting was crazy. You are then assigned to a tent where a team cooks the most amazing BBQ for you. This is the crazy part, it is all you can eat, and drink. Let's just say we came, we ate, we left. It was fun to try the BBQ. The event reminded us of the Blackfoot fair on steroids.

There were so many people in our tent that we had a hard time finding a place to eat.

The Ram's Club was the name of our tent.

Rodeo

The rodeo was awesome! Back in Idaho Jeremy and I would go to rodeos with his grandparents. This was by far the best rodeo we have been to. Add Lady Antebellum on the end of the rodeo and it makes for a fun night! We have been converted to living in the city. It has its minuses, but it definitely has its pluses too. You can go to awesome events, come home go to bed, and go to work the next day.

We of course had to get tickets for our friends the Hoggan's! Their little boy was a trooper. He made through the whole show.
